The Associate Director will also be responsible for leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as employee resource groups, diversity training, and other initiatives. Additionally, the Associate Director will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
