Ability to analyze, resolve and handle policy and procedure issues for management. Exceptional project and problem resolution skills.
Maintain calendar planning/travel coordination, expense reports, client greeting, board& conference room scheduling, phone management.
Intermediate/Expert proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Visio and PowerPoint is required. Banking/Finance and Salesforce CRM experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of departmental processes, procedures, banking and/or departmental products. Ability to handle and administrator division projects.
