Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager Jobs in Illinois

Will Report To Jimmy R. Cantu and Corporate Management weekly on planned Sales Trips and Events.

Must have Outside Sales Experience in Bearing & Power Transmission.

Bearings & Power Transmission Knowledge.

Develop a rapport with New and existing customer account.

Create Itineraries in advance for sales trips and reports after each trip in Crm.

• Desired 5-7 years of related experience preferably working in a Food/Beverage facility or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience and understanding of 3PL (warehousing and logistics) processes and systems preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ensure warehouse KPIs, processes, and procedures align to meet customers’ specifications.

• Must be able to support/oversee a 24/7 operation as needed

Experience with integrating and utilizing warehouse management systems; NetSuite ERP knowledge preferred

Day-to-day facilities management to include communication with outside contractors for maintenance, cleaning services, etc.

Responsible for shipping schedules including adjustments for holidays and knowledge of daily business requirements

Supervise the operational component of our in-house distribution channel, Olive and Delmar, to include: order fulfillment, inventory management, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related program of study preferred by not required
