Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Manages all data entry for product-related attributes across pre-season and in-season documents and systems.

Strong analytical and data entry skills

Return To Work Designation: 2 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home

Register all student data and demographics into EZ Reports for all sites

Enter Attendance daily for all sites

Enter Pre/Post Data into EZ Reports quarterly

Enter student grades into EZ Reports quarterly

Enter standardized test data into EZ Reports annually

Case management with Amazon support for issue management and resolution

Work with finance and demand planning on inventory forecasting

Manage promotional planning, calendars and communicate to the brands supply chain, operations, demand planning to ensure communication cohesiveness of plan

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, customer service, demand planning, finance, IT to ensure operational success

Manage KPIs to measure operations performance and drive teams to work towards continuous improvement

Manage POs and troubleshoot issues with Amazon and internal teams weekly

Manage brand assortments for up to 400 stores, including visual merchandising and timelines

2-3 years retail buying experience at a major retailer

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to large groups

Excellent technical skills – MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint); merchant systems

A strong numbers-aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results

An ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast pace, complex environment

Extremely organized and detail oriented (project management mindset/experience)

Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to ensure retail positioning & margin requirements are met

Facilitate packaging reorders & management of packaging OH counts

Own Omni-Channel Master Assortment Management & Maintenance

Manage development samples ensuring key accepted and failed criteria are noted and communicated

Maintain activations, de-activations from site and manage collections and tagging

Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Proven experience working in merchandising and/or ecommerce with an apparel brand or retailer.

Experience using leading ecommerce and CMS platforms, preferably Magento and Drupal.

Strong organizational skills; detailed oriented

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Plan, deploy, evaluate, and optimize site merchandising areas (homepage, landing pages, product detail pages, etc.). Make data-driven recommendations to business partners.

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

1-2 years of retail or fashion experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and draw conclusions

Clear and concise presentation skills.

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Manage the customization and engraving processes as needed for any of the brand’s relevant products, including communications with the relevant vendors.

8+ years experience in a direct-to-consumer business with merchandising and commercialization exposure, sales planning and experience managing site experience a plus.

Experience working in a “buyer” type role for retail a plus

Experience with product sampling, engraving and product customization

Minimum of 1 year of management and supervisory experience preferred

Work with groups of children with diverse abilities and needs and ensure safety and well-being of students at the assigned campus

Certification in Child Care preferred

Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience preferred

Proficient in general computing skills, including MS Office
