Overview:

The Assistant Property Manager Portfolio Hoa And Condo is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Property Manager in the management of a portfolio of residential properties. This includes providing assistance with the day-to-day operations of the properties, such as tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management. The Assistant Property Manager must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.

Detailed Job Description:

• Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of residential properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management.
• Ensure that all tenant inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review leases, rental agreements, and other documents related to the properties.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenant payments and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Property Manager.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and other financial reports.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of the properties, including repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
