Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit

Must have strong organizational, management and leadership skills.

Ability to manage the departmental operational budget.

Bachelor's degree and one year sports video production, videography and editing experience including in-game/in-event setup and operation.

High School Diploma/equivalent and 7 years’ sports video production, videography and editing experience including in-game/in-event setup and operation.

Experience with ESPN broadcast elements (graphics packages, animation elements).

Knowledge of industry-standard and growing trends in terms of equipment and infrastructure.

Previous people manager experience is a plus.

Previous sports experience and knowledge/appreciation for golf is a plus.

8+ years of experience in editorial/content creation across multimedia platforms.

Five to seven years of NFL video experience.

Coordinate game day, practice, and daily staff coverage schedules.

Implement and execute League initiatives and mandates.

Research, purchase or create video acquisition systems that are fiscally responsible and meet or exceed vendor product standards.

Operate a video camera for games, practice, workouts, interviews, and special requests from Football Operations staff.

Create and implement efficient practice/game day procedures related to camera work, editing procedures and content delivery.

Strong time management skills, as well as understanding of video & creative project workflow.

Previous videography & production experience.

Working knowledge of digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras for video.

Experience with video production equipment, editing software and livestreaming are a plus.
