The Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. This position works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales and marketing plans, and to ensure that the plans are executed effectively. The Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including but not limited to:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
• Developing and managing relationships with key customers and partners
• Developing and executing promotional activities to increase sales
• Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets
• Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty
• Developing and managing sales and marketing teams
• Developing and managing sales and marketing materials
