· Hands-on people management experience

· Associate degree, higher education desired.

· Recent work experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retails, e-commerce, wholesales.

· Attention to details and excellent people & communication skills.

· Track shipping status, resolve bottlenecks and issues, keep customers updated regarding status of shipment.

• Excellent time management skills

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Record customer interactions and transactions

Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

Must have good Excel skills
