Job Description

A Global Consumer Products Manufacturer based in Montgomery County is hiring an Assistant Manager of Customer Service with experience in people management, sales order Management & B2B Account Management experience. The ideal candidates should have experience in planning and fulfilling customer PO, support life cycle of sales order for customer orders, customer account management, and support general accounting, invoicing and other related administration. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with positive advancement outlook, lucrative compensation, bonus and benefits.


Responsibilities:

· Lead a customer service team and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, support OTD on sales orders, based on existing capacities in inventory and logistics to plan and optimize PO fulfillment process, and update customer on order processing, logistic status and delivery date.

· Create PO number in CRM and monitor inventory stock at both domestic and international level, collaborate with warehouse to expedite shipping based on availability of inventory.

· Provide support to customers, gather information regarding order details, provide pricing, quotes, shipping quotes and estimated delivery time to customer.

· Track shipping status, resolve bottlenecks and issues, keep customers updated regarding status of shipment.

· Support internal customers on general administrative projects across invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, etc.

· Provide hands-on leadership to subordinates, responsible for hiring, mentoring, performance development of the customer service team.

· Ensure on-time delivery, timely quality check with customer regarding shipment, damage, refund, delay, etc. Collaborate with accounting team on invoice with customers.


Qualifications:

· Associate degree, higher education desired.

· Recent work experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment as Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Lead, Assistant Manager of Customer Service.

· Recent work experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retails, e-commerce, wholesales.

· Attention to details and excellent people & communication skills.

· Hands-on people management experience

· Ambition to advance into senior management level.
