Work with the editorial director to stay on top of trending topics and assign and edit freelance and staff stories

Work with freelance writers and content creators on the storytelling while maintaining the team's overall mission

Work with reporters on how best to present their stories in ways that will engage our readers

Perform isolated media management and project archiving duties as needed.

Knowledge of different broadcast and digital formats.

Must have basic compression knowledge.

Must have strong working knowledge of offline/online workflows.

Must have working knowledge of Frame.io.

Must have problem-solving skills and perseverance to help resolve technical issues that may arise.

Detailed & organized project management skills to see projects & tasks to completion.

Support the Digital Marketing Manager for priorities to ensure best in class customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Set-up new products and manage inventory.

Manage campaigns in collaboration w ad/marketing team.

One to two years of work experience required.

Extensive knowledge of codecs, image types, file formats, resolutions and frame rates.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as juggling competing priorities and changing expectations.

Knowledge and interest in current trends in video and post-production technology.
