8+ years retail experience, including 4+ years managerial experience in a retail (preferably luxury) setting

Ensure balance between customer experience, financial targets, talent development/retention, and operations

Build and maintain in-store client experiences aligned to mission and values

Be the Brand Ambassador; maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure each client experience meets our standards of excellence

Timely submission of reports to management

Provide the best shopping experience for each client

Implement and manage client outreach and all clienteling

Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements

Represent Goyard as an Brand Ambassador in the community

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and previous experience in assisting manage a store required

Good leadership skills and team management

Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory

Acting manager on the floor when Boutique Director is not present in the boutique

Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experience

Previous retail luxury experience required

Meet set category and consignment % of total business goals as defined by management

Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and implementing any vital changes in visual environment.

Assist Store Manager by making recommendations towards the recruitment and development of associates.

Identify associates training needs to be shared with the Store Manager to implement regular category meetings.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience required: Minimum 3 years

Proactively liaises with team and management to suggest improvements in operations, processes, or more globally on boutique environment

Ensures implementation of all guidelines related to store and both management and sustainability

Supervises all stock management related tasks

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.

Organizes energizing team briefings and ensures a consistent high level of motivation

Shadows sales on the floor to coach the team and identify further individual training needs
