Experience and comfort working with large datasets to drive decision making

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding project management skills, including experience with appropriate software tools

2+ years of experience with renewable energy asset management and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) management

Onboard new contracts at execution into an asset management platform and develop commercial relationships with suppliers

Track asset P&L and provide input for asset performance reporting to management

Support the development of a platform of analytical and management tools to optimize the renewable energy portfolio

Manage key commercial relationships with renewable energy suppliers in a variety of North American, European and Global markets

Minimum 5 years of management-level professional experience.

Effective communication skills, customer interaction and relationship management.

Broad range of experiences including sales, marketing, and client management.

Master’s degree and familiarity with energy management, renewable energy, smart grids, and sustainable development is preferred.

Refine and implement the market development strategy for the PEER certification program in North America.

Develop thorough understanding of market needs and requirements and introduce relevant GBCI products and value propositions through close partnerships with customers.

5 plus years experience in energy management with the appropriate qualifications.

To support procurement, management, measurement and monitoring of utilities and other resources across USC.

Engage with Landlords to obtain utility and contract data - Building Energy Management System (BEMS) related information and energy reduction efforts.

Produce regular consumption reports including profile analysis, exception reporting and benchmarking across the region, utilizing energy management systems.

Support Invoice management and consumption data requests, working closely with our external energy broker.

Excellent organization, communication, writing and presentation skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions

A strong Energy Background across the Asset Management landscape is highly desired.

As assigned, be the primary assigned asset manager responsible for one or more individual funds

Asset Manager - New York – Energy - ESG Fund Manager:

Ensure good governance and that the fund businesses comply with applicable statutory, contractual, and corporate regulations and policies.

Research operational and financial performance of the assets, including identification of risk areas as well as value initiatives.
