Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.

Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.

Working knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook programs.

Kaizen / continuous improvement process experience.

Monitor the skill level of all Assembly Product Tech and that all receive needed training

Two (2) years of advanced education or associates degree

Experience with systems like: Quality Operating Systems, PM Systems, Scheduling, Production Systems, Attendance and Housekeeping Systems

Assigned daily job assignments to Assembly Product Tech

Monitor all reporting of production activities to insure accuracy and to identify areas for improvement
