Manage all game day preparations including detailed walkthroughs of each level of the Amway Center.

Provide support to fiscal and project budgeting for the Arena Experience & Operations department.

A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in retail operations and senior management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Thrift industry experience is preferred.

Previous executive level experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

Data Quality Management System (DQMS)

Develop policies, procedures and systems for the management of 3rd party audits

To attend regular meetings with upper Management and Directive Personnel and provide any information requested

To serve as a liaison with staff and management concerning error trends and problem areas.

Insight and forethought into management of subordinates.

Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.

Assist the Arena Experience and Operations team with game day responsibilities including walk-throughs, group events, building maintenance.

Serve as a Manager on Duty for certain Amway Center events and small Orlando Magic events.

Work directly with internal teams and City of Orlando to request, track, and manage all small and large building maintenance requests.

College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience required.

Minimum of one year of administrative experience, event set-up/teardown, event operations or similar experiences are required.

Minimum of five years of experience in a senior operations management role.

Significant experience in leadership roles within corporate or divisional organizations focused on manufacturing and operations management.

Develop and implement effective inventory management approaches to optimize cost and availability considerations.

Proven track record of success in operations management in a high-reliability applications manufacturing environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional peers in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and Quality Control to establish and execute divisional strategies.

Aerospace industry experience is required

4+ years of upper management experience, with 5-7+ years in manufacturing or engineering.

Strong general management skills, including team building, process-based manufacturing, cost management, quality control, and more.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and lead transparent reporting processes.
