Antiquities Trafficking Analyst Jobs

Excellent computer skills, accurate typing, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Carries an assigned case load and assists other Case Managers in providing services to individuals receiving services.

Advocates for access and facilitates clients’ applications for public benefits including SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, or Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) when eligible.

Generates reports according to guidelines, requirements, and procedures including web-based portals and internal reporting procedures.

Enters accurate, timelycase informationinto database system and can produce required reports in full compliance with all contractual requirements.

Complies with the various federal, state or local laws that apply to and regulate the job responsibilities.

Assist with grants management administration (e.g. data entry, deadline monitoring, learning grantmaking policies and processes, etc.)

Extensive experience in project management, including managing stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and coordinating multiple streams of work

Experience working with a remote, hybrid or distributed team

Manage calendar and schedule for Managing Director, FLHT

Manage invoice, contract, and purchase order processing as requested by Managing Director

Manage the production of reports and meeting materials related to Managing Director’s scope of work. Specific examples may include:

Coordinates case management under the supervision of the ATI Senior Supervising Social Worker

Provides case management for clients experiencing immediate crisis

Assists clients to obtain public benefits when eligible (e.g. Medicaid, food stamps, housing and childcare subsidies)

Assists clients to gain self-sufficiency through appropriate referrals for counseling, financial counseling, ESL classes, job readiness programs, and higher education

Prepares requests for educational and financial assistance grants on behalf of clients

Coordinates referrals and placements for immediate client needs, including shelter and medical treatment

Coordinates case management under the supervision of the ATI Senior Supervising Clinician

Provides case management for clients experiencing immediate crisis

4 years of cultural heritage or art history experience required.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Working daily with Homeland Security Investigations Special Agents and with foreign law-enforcement officers.

Working with non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and members of the diplomatic corps.
