Explain product features and benefits in relation to the customers’ needs by providing in-depth product knowledge

Complete all other tasks as directed by store management in assigned time frame

Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required

Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix

Support the maintenance of the mother ship; you’ll help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.

Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge

Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”

Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks

Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
