HR and Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job interviews, screening and selecting candidates, and onboarding new employees. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, managing employee relations, and providing guidance and support to employees. Additionally, they are responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs related to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.What is Hr And Recruiter Job Skills Required?
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruiting (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
