May receive Admin Time off, if all providers are covered and CCBHO requirements are met

Nurse will review medication education forms with clients

Nurse will plan, organize, and coordinate their medication clinic

Nurse will be cross-trained to assist in other clinics and regions, time traveled will be coordinated by Supervisor

Minimal to Frequent schedule changes

Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred

New graduates and/or experienced nursing professionals

Oversee clinical support staff to ensure resident care plans are followed

Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure high quality care

Review medication administration, maintain resident charts and physician orders

Active Nursing License in state where community is located

Collaborates with process engineering and manufacturing management on ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorders.

Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of nursing experience. Industrial environment experience preferred. Occupational Health experience preferred.

Ability to manage follow-up appointments for injured or ill employees from all shifts.

Perform backup duties for Industrial Occupational Health Nurse as needed.

Initiates and maintains hearing conservation, vision, and respiratory programs.

Maintain site electronic HSE tracking system (Intelex).
