Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting in a physician's office.

Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR). eClinicalworks experience preferred.

Qualifications For a Clinical Lead-

RN or LPN with current, unrestricted license in the state of Florida preferred

Must be capable of performing phlebotomy tasks

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Seeks guidance from Center Physician and Center Management (including Quality) for medium to high impact decisions and urgent matters.

Coordinates with Center Management team and Quality to ensure successful operation standards are met (Internal)

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Helps to communicate and provide support to all donors, including Spanish speaking donors to ensure a seamless and exemplary donation experience

Manage donor deferral; reviews test results and notify donors of unsuitable test results per applicable SOPs.

Demonstrate continued competency in the performance of job responsibilities and complete periodic assessment with the Center Physician per applicable SOPs.
