Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification

Minimum of an Associate's degree

Work with school personnel, parents and children

Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal

Work with one of the nation's largest behavioral health referral agencies

Experience in the field of substance use disorders preferred, but not required

Knowledge of the signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal symptoms

Current license to practice as a nurse (RN or LPN) in Arizona.

Participates in the formulation of policies, standards, and objectives of the school health program.

Assists in planning the school health budget.

Keeps the administrators and other school personnel informed about problems and acquaints them with resources of the community.
