The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the HR Service Delivery team in the Americas region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the team is providing high quality, customer-focused HR services to the organization. The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing the team’s performance, and ensuring that the team is meeting customer service standards.

The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the HR Service Delivery team in the Americas region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the team is providing high quality, customer-focused HR services to the organization. The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing the team’s performance, and ensuring that the team is meeting customer service standards. The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, as well as developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure that the team is meeting customer service standards.
