The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing the team’s performance, and ensuring that the team is meeting customer service standards. The Americas HR Service Delivery Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, as well as developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure that the team is meeting customer service standards.
