Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

Engaging and collaborating with Marketing and Finance Department

Experience with Epicore ERP is a plus

Sound judgment and decision-making skills with an eye on operational excellence at all times

Business work experience in SaaS

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational and market risks.

Manage relationships with broker-dealers, advisors, fintechs, and other stakeholders to maximize their experience with OpenYield.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the trading platform.

Collaborate with the technology team to develop and enhance the trading platform, improving functionality and user experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance or related field, MBA a plus

Develop and deliver training and education to make employees aware of their compliance and regulatory responsibilities.

Ability to interact with Senior Management, and provide them with information they require completely, promptly and accurately.

15+ years prior compliance advisory experience, including interaction with US regulators.

Experience in managing a small team of compliance officers

Ability to identify, research, and define compliance requirements.

Strong writing and presentation skills.
