Fabricate parts as required and have knowledge of metal and alloys and where substitutes may be used.

Knowledgeable in the proper wear, cleaning, usage and storage of respirators .

Knowledgeable of the proper use, handling and disposal of hazardous materials

Minimum of 1 to 2 years previous composite experience.

Layout and perform complex structural repairs that are addressed in the repair manuals and engineering documents.

Know the proper use of heat control units.

Experience with Apple and Microsoft products especially Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheets

Removal and installation of aircraft interiors components

Fabrication and refurbishing of interior components, including panels, seats, carpets, cabinetry, etc.

Performs duties in compliance with regulations, including FAA, OSHA and EPA

Assists in aircraft detailing and cleaning

Additional other duties as assigned

Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 25 regulatory requirements.

Create and maintain various drawings to reflect evolving Program, Customer and/or Engineering requirements.

Assist Sales and Engineering with innovative solutions for custom requirements.

Experience with business aircraft cabin design and development.

Evaluate customer requirements and provides recommendations related to the design.

Develop detailed aircraft interior layout drawings from written customer specifications.

Automotive, diesel-mechanical experience and electrical knowledge

Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management):

Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program.

Assist Site Manager in all other operations duties as the need arises.

Comfortable or experienced around heavy machinery

Desire to expand mechanical and equipment experience portfolio

One (1) year of experience as a JetBlue Technician or two (2) years aviation management experience

Assigns Aircraft Support Technician in accordance with requirements contained in work packages.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

One (1) year of experience servicing commercial aircraft in a heavy, line maintenance or Military Environment.

Uphold JetBlue’s safety performance metric goals and understanding how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

Oversees the Aircraft Support Technician performing cabin interior work to ensure compliance with JetBlue, manufacture and FAA regulatory guidelines.

Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 25 regulatory requirements.

Create and maintain various drawings to reflect evolving Program, Customer and/or Engineering requirements.

Experience with business aircraft cabin design and development.

2+ years of experience in performing aircraft maintenance tasks as an avionics specialist on F‑16 aircraft

Experience in performing aircraft maintenance tasks as an avionics specialist on F-35 aircraft

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

Graduate of a Military Avionics Technical School

If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.

At least five (5) years of experience in commercial or military aircraft maintenance

Manned or unmanned ISR platforms are desired but not a requirement

Services and inspects UAS aircraft, components and related aerospace equipment.

Performs end-of-runway, post- flight, pre-flight, thru-flight and phase inspections.

Removes and installs UAS components and conducts functional and operational tests.

Adjusts, aligns and rigs UAS flight controls and other components
