Agile Delivery Manager Jobs

Proven experience in product management, software development, or a related role, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product management methodologies.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are a plus.

Act as a mentor for Scrum Masters to develop coaching skills to support ongoing momentum for change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and engage with clients.

10+ years project management experience managing all phases of multifaceted IT projects with day to day project management proven expertise.

Experience with workflow management, agile tools like Jira, SmartSheets, Trello, etc.

Conducts periodic briefings/status updates to stakeholders and executive management

Experience managing projects across multiple timezones with remote resources

Budget and resource allocation management and forecasting

SAFe experience / certification a plus

Experience executing process change management techniques

Proven experience (5 years) as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

Strong understanding of software development practices and agile management principles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence).

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Formal training in project and risk management. Agile project management experience preferred.

5+ years hands-on project and program management experience including leadership of large, complex technical projects and corporate strategic projects.

3+ years experience with business planning, goals, metrics, scorecards and risk management preferred.

Business operations and or financial management experience is a plus.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish best practices, processes and procedures for project management and ensure continuous improvement across Product and Engineering

Own Manage Services impacting project(s)

Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives for projects managed

Work with internal, cross-functional teams to manage project(s) that have conflicting needs and priorities

Problem solving/analysis and critical thinking abilities

Empower others to adopt and adapt Salesforce Agile guidelines (e.g., Release planning, DoR, DOD, role excellence and responsibilities.)

Support internal certification and continuing growth of team Scrum Leads and Product Owners.

12+ years of experience in technology organizations.

5+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.

Hands-on experience applying Agile/Lean methodologies within product, infrastructure, hardware, and/or operational environments.

Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.

Experience navigating and influencing matrixed businesses and functions while building strong relationships.

Strong leadership skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Passion for and success record in building new products, capabilities, solutions, and teams.

Certified Release Train Engineer certification

Coordinate dependencies within the primary portfolio and across other portfolios in the Enterprise.

Create organizational Agile maturity through contributions of improved delivery methods for responsible ARTs and/or across portfolios.

Experienced with project and product management tooling and able to define requirements, make minor adjustments and validate larger tooling changes.

Streamline communication and minimize knowledge gaps between different teams to coordinate multi-team deliveries.

Coach and enable teams to drive through internal continuous improvement initiatives along with Engineering Managers and Product Managers.

Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you’ll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.

Prepare weekly status reports (aka Delivery Health Reports) in partnership with the engineering and product managers.

Mentor others, playing an active role in elevating the skill sets of those you work with.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Create robust change management plans and take ownership of efforts needed to successfully implement the initiative across internal and external customers.

Preferred Knowledge or experience in Marketing or IT initiatives

4+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders personnel

3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree with 5-8 years relevant experience preferred.
