Agile Scrum Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and management
• Support production issues on applications, working with customers, development, and test teams
• Update, save, and complete all required project documentation according to standards on assigned projects
• Review user stories during refinement with the PO, development, and test team to ensure proper sizing and clarity of acceptance criteria
• Analyze technical and business requirements, break down epics into features, create use case mapping, determine MVP, and create user stories to build the backlog

Skills & Qualifications:

• MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
• Snagit or similar screen capture tool
• Backlog tracking tools and digital agility (VersionOne) or similar tool
• Must have proven stakeholder management skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders (communicate, negotiate, manage expectations, analyze business requirements, and communicate project status and risks)
• Experience with:

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration OR other job-related field

Location: Hybrid role in Columbia, SC; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
