Manage/resolve occasional customer complaints and be able to identify/escalate priority issues.

Review, evaluate, underwrite, classify, and quote new and renewal submissions from broker

Establish strong relationships with brokers to assure the highest level of success

Review various miscellaneous requests from brokers and handle appropriately via email, chat or over the phone.

Prioritize, track, and manage the bank statement analysis process to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations

When requested by the Underwriting Manager, assist in the review and clearing of conditions of loans in the pipeline

2 years of previous experience in residential loan products.

NonQM & DSCR product knowledge

Review indications, quotes, binders, submissions and policies for completeness and high degree of accuracy including forms and editions.

Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
