Administrative Billing Coordinator Jobs in Illinois

Develop up-to-date knowledge of various client billing requirements

Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with significant experience in MS Excel

Gather and apply merchandise and shipping costs to orders

Invoice customer orders in a timely manner

American Health Information Management Association

Identifies patterns of billing errors and works collaboratively with department manager and outside entity to improve processes as needed.

Certification from AAPC, CIRCC (Certified Interventional Radiology and Cardiology Coder) and CCC (Certified Cardiology Coder)

Minimum one (1) years’ experience with invasive cardiology coding.

Previous Invasive Cardiology related coding experience.

Computer skills: Systems utilized include Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), EPIC.

Prior experience in project coordination or project management type role is preferred

Perform other duties as assigned by management
