This includes managing documents, scheduling meetings, and providing general office support. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing systems, as well as preparing reports and presentations.
