Overview The Administrative Assistant to the Fiscal Director is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Fiscal Director and other members of the fiscal team. The Administrative Assistant to the Fiscal Director will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Fiscal Director and other members of the fiscal team.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other documents.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and other financial documents.
• Assisting with the preparation of grant applications and other funding requests.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of fiscal policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and other events.
• Providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two years of administrative experience in a financial setting preferred.
