Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food industry.
Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasting sales volumes, revenues, and expenses accurately.
Experience working with UNFI, KEHE, brokers, Spins, and all things food/CPG.
Excellent knowledge of the United States market, including distribution channels, key accounts, and retail trends.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with sustainable and organic food products and an understanding of ethical sourcing practices.
