Accounts Receivable Collections Manager Jobs in Ohio

· Escalate cases to management as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or

A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in collections

Proficiency with MS Office tools including Advanced Excel Knowledge

· Manage completion of RMA and MCA request.

Submits invoices to vendors for payments

Reconciling funds received from a variety of sources

Using accounting software to run daily funds reports

Working with other teams and departments to ensure payments are sent in a timely manner

Manage the AR team including AR Clerks, Deposit, Accounting, and Sec8 Clerk

Provide timely and relevant analytical information to management

Any other duties as required or assigned by management

Experience in managing administrative teams

Valid Driver's License is a requirement

Monitor the Company’s Portfolio to ensure open receivables are properly controlled

Experience with online invoicing systems such as WAWF/iRAPT, IPP, MPO, HHMSA

Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, including managing virtual teams

Background in Accounts Receivables and/or Finance

Experience using multiple computer systems simultaneously

Process credit card reversals, refunds and declines

Interact with members over the phone with questions regarding their balance

3+ years of management experience

Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable and collections team members

Manage the accounting close and internal controls for AR and collections

4+ years of billing and collections experience

Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in Sales Force.com and NetSuite
