Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Representative Jobs in Texas

Minimum of 2+ years experience in a high volume call center, preferably automotive, powersports, automotive finance, sales, or acquisitions.

Maintains aging reports for assigned general ledger accounts.

Reconciles the company credit cards Bi-weekly.

Obtains all approved vendor invoices and contracts across multiple departments.

Generate reports on unpaid bills and post check payments as needed.

Posts customer interest payments with servicer reports (FCI Deposits)

Communicates bank transactions to requesting parties and processes bank wire requests.

Work closely with key contacts in other finance departments (e.g., Revenue, Billing, Order Operations) to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives

2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, advanced formulas)

Experience working with large volumes of data (e.g., SQL, querying databases)

Experience with payment processing platforms is a plus (e.g., Stripe, Adyen)

6+ years of Project/Program Management Experience

6+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience

6+ years of business-to-business collections experience

6+ years of SOX, controllership, or compliance experience

Experience with writing intermediate to advanced SQL queries is a plus

Knowledge of ERP system- SAP experience is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of A/R experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

SAP experience; ERP implementation experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication.

2 years Experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system in a hospital setting, health insurance claims processing or medical office.
