Manages and coordinates clerical accounting functions for the accounts payable department

Daily management of the Accounts Payable team

Minimum of 5 - 10 years of Accounts Payable experience

5+ years of supervisory experience

Lean and Six Sigma experience

Strong reconciliation, organization, and time management skills

Must have 5 + years of accounting and/ finance experience.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven business acumen, exceptional interpersonal capabilities and possess an attention to detail.

Requires Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or related business degree

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume financial shared services environment;

Must have 2+ years of leadership experience

Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills

Increased productivity, increased knowledge of the Accounts Payable procedures—training and feedback to and from employ

Provide continuous training to operating departments on how to complete transactions.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

Manage AP team including hiring, performance management and terminations

Compensation: $65 – 80K + Great Benefits

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Experience working cross-functionally and interacting with various teams and levels

Great communication skills – interacting with various levels of employees

5+ years experience in Accounts Payable or related Finance area; 5+ years supervisory/management experience

Project Management - Handle multiple projects simultaneously including task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of accounts payable system and function.
