We're looking for a dynamic individual to take our Accounts Payable department and Finance Business Services to new heights! TheAccounts Payable Manager, Finance Business Serviceswill be responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable department for Fortune Brands’ North American Water Innovations businesses. This role will manage a hybrid/remote staff, lead the departmental continuous improvement program, and the transformation of business processes. The natural progression of this position would be developing to the Director of Finance Business Services.

This role is eligible for a hybridschedule based out of our office in North Olmsted, OH. Candidates should expect to work in office on Wednesdays and occasional other days for meetings / workshops.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Liaison with the corporate Finance Transformation office on the development of emerging technologies and processes impacting Accounts Payable
  • Support the Director of Finance Business Services in achieving organizational, cultural, efficiency, and effectiveness goals
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the department
  • Drive a culture of service oriented, metrics driven department
  • Daily management of the Accounts Payable team
  • Lead the department on Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Actively engage with the Procure-to-Pay Global Process Owner on end-to-end process alignment
  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Analyst of Process Improvement & Internal Controls to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are documented and up to date
  • Discover inefficiencies, investigate, and deploy opportunities for productivity efficiencies

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to progress to a senior leadership role
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFIACIOTNS:
  • Lean and Six Sigma experience
  • SAP experience
  • MBA, CPA, and/or CMA
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
