Aba Supervisor Jobs

Facilities maintenance and management related to the center.

Manages general reception tasks relating to the front desk and general office coverage to include opening and closing responsibilities

Support BCBA Center director and Operations Manager position with center management tasks as needed

Communicate openly and directly with management regarding concerns or ideas.

Manage issues relating to the facility requiring repairs

Assist in meeting center goals to meet all KPI's for center as assigned by Operations Manager and Center Director positions

Support parent training and education

Minimum one year experience working with children with autism

BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification

Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis

Strong communication and writing skills

Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

8. Maintains and acquires technical knowledge by attending required trainings.

10. Adheres to Agency standards and consistently interprets and accurately performs all assigned responsibilities.

Must have 1 – 2 years experience working with special needs children in various settings.

You possess a current BCBA certification.

You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
