Manage inventory of Information Technology (IT) resources

At least one year of experience providing system administration for Ocularis System

At least one year of experience providing Telephony Systems administration and support

Support network servers, business unit systems, and hardware infrastructure

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and/or develop appropriate technology solutions

Train staff on IT processes and procedures and create documentation for the team

Reports for addressing ad-hoc and recurring reporting needs to help business and management make financial, policy planning and agency wide decisions

DSHS TIA IT Data Management - Journey (D

Write/Update User Stories, Business Requirements, Data dictionaries or other documents as needed

Experience in Data Warehousing, ETL processes and SQL Server Integration Services

Experience in MS reporting tools SSRS and Power BI

Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions

Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and remote access technology concepts

Preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Use a broad base of technical knowledge and analytical skills to conduct systems analysis techniques and procedures

Provide support for remote technologies (VPN)

Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for automated solutions

Clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical staff and managers

1-2 years of management experience preferred

1 year or more of driving experience

A valid US Driver’s license

A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance

A desire to lead people
