Perform through cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, taking out trash

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.

15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, overseeing medium to large-scale projects.

Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse project teams.

Deep knowledge of Tilt-Wall Warehouse Construction

Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Occasional driving/providing own transportation to make bank deposits, attend management meetings and to other Dollar General stores.

Operate store in store manager’s absence.

Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit controls.

Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices (deposits, store keys, SAFE and STARS programs, etc.)

Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling, and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes.

Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions

Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements and workflow and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency

Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules or other information to facilitate production processes

Confer with vendors in order to determine specifications of products and arrange equipment, material purchase and parts

Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards

Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
