Promotes wellness by providing patient education materials and communicating provider’s advice and instructions.

Performs referrals and pre-certifications as needed and where applicable.

Assesses patient’s general condition and takes vital signs and weight.

Administers patient medications per provider order and policy including appropriate dosage, route, site, and documentation.

Orients, instructs, and trains assigned personnel as applicable.

Provides basic patient care as ordered.

6 months of customer service experience will be an asset

2+ years experience working in a medical office, preferred

2+ years customer service experience, required

High school diploma or its equivalent and 6 months-1 year of related experience are preferred.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within warehouse industry.

Picking and packing, pallet building, and light assembly.

Performs labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.

Efficiently stacks and stores the merchandise in the appropriate areas.

Prepares and stages skids for outbound shipments using different carriers.

Assures transfer of technologies into product solutions by working closely with other R&D teams and product management

Experience in Monte Carlo simulation

Experience in artificial intelligence and neural networks

Experience in electronics and detector design and FPGA programming

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and can-do attitude

Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a virtual and fast-paced environment
