The Dietitian will have the qualifications, competency and skills to carry out the functions of the food and nutrition services.

The qualifications of the Dietitian will include:

Licensure or certification as a registered dietitian or nutrition professional.

The Dietitian may oversee and delegate some of the above responsibilities to the director of food and nutrition services.

A qualified Dietitian or other clinically qualified nutrition professional will help oversee food and nutrition services provided to the residents.
