Repairs: works with management and other team members to identify cabinetry needing repairs and works with them to repair the cabinetry.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Materials: identifies appropriate materials for each task based on knowledge of wood and plastic products.

Performs moderate millwork tasks, including but not limited to:

Cabinetry: builds standard commercial cabinetry.

Finishing: adjusts cabinets to ensure smooth installation. Checks with supervisor for adjustments or repairs as needed upon completion.

Time management skills for juggling multiple (and sometimes competing) deadlines and deliverables.

Stay up to date on the wide selection of products we offer, along with specifications and warranties provided by each.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have strong knowledge Microsoft Office programs and be willing to learn our operating system.

Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.

Minimum of 10 years of automotive industry experience with steady and progressive responsibilities.
