Possession of an appropriate, valid Water Treatment Plant Operator I certification.

Possession of or ability to obtain within six months of appointment an appropriate, valid Water Treatment Plant Operator II certification.

Utilize plant industrial control system to monitor plant processes and functions; read meters, gauges, graphs, and control panels.

Receive and store chemicals, equipment, and parts necessary for plant operations.

Respond to questions, inquiries and complaints from customers regarding water service and/or quality; resolve problems as necessary.

Operate a variety of equipment and tools necessary to maintain the water treatment plant instrumentation and equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND BEHAVIORS

Completion of a pharmacy practice residency, advanced degree, or equivalent experience

Demonstrated exemplary patient care skills

Prior academic teaching experience and/or delivery of training programs within diverse healthcare environments, including instructional design and delivery

Completion of a PGY2 pharmacy practice residency, or equivalent experience

Complete YMCA Learning and Leadership Training pathway in timely manner (upon hire)

Instruct Migrant students and English Language Learners in one of the following areas: Math, Writing, Organizational Skills or English Language Development
