Organize and complete your own design workflow with the assistance of our office manager and other support staff.

A degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture or a minimum of 1 season of Landscape Design and Sales specific experience

Experience in a CAD-based program (Dynascape, AutoCAD, Vectorworks etc.)

Local plant knowledge of shrubs, trees, and perennials.

Meet with prospective clients, listen well, and propose designs that reflect clients’ goals.

Producing plans and construction documents in FX CAD.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task/prioritize work

2 years of experience as a welder or similar role

MIG Experience/TIG and Stick welding a plus

Ability to work in a fast paced production and manufacturing environment.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

* Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, learn about their business, and propose solutions.

* Sell broadcast and digital products, while establishing strong relationships with clients.

* Maintain quality service with clients by providing attribution reports, information and guidance; recommend new opportunities.

* Prospect and gain new clients, while limiting churn.

* Make monthly broadcast and digital goals.

Inspect preowned vehicles, work with Sales Manager to bring vehicle up to Dealer Specifications as needed.

Perform Quick Lube Oil changes and basic maintenance. Must be skilled to perform work on all makes and models of vehicles.

2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred

B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Review brochures - make sure we have a stock of most recent Marketing brochures and destroy outdated material

Set up tracking for all clients’ completed Financial Planning tasks with dates when completed

Experience with Azure Storage with fun stuff like management & security of Azure Databases, Storage Accounts and Data Analytics Solutions.

IaaC and scripting. Including fun stuff like Teraform & Bicep, ARM Templates, and source code management tools.

Azure Compliance & policy management.

Azure Networking, Storage, AD, Identity Management, App Services & Backup.

Teraform or BICEP (BICEP is going to be preferred), and YAML experience.

PowerShell DSC experience. It would be great to see Ansible, Chef or Puppet experience.

Work 6.5 hours daily M-F
