Xfinity Sales Rep - *New Affordable Connectivity Program

Represent The ACP Program - Help Local Residents enroll for FREE Highspeed Internet.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, enthusiastic promotional marketing & sales representatives to enroll customers in the FCC's new Affordable Connectivity Program.

You will be the face of one of the nation's most recognized, top-of-the-line, cutting-edge tech products. Onsight in a retail or event space you’ll create a fun, upbeat environment interacting with customers. You’ll be trained to answer questions, as well as use a consultative sales approach to build value with new customers.

This is a permanent position, with great opportunity for growth within our organization!

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Quarter Time positions are available in some of the following locations:

• College / Back to School Events
• Fairs & Carnivals

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Help qualify customers for the Afforadable Connectivity Program
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate enrollment
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

We offer a flexible schedule, and multiple opportunities to position yourself in front of the core demographic who may qualify for the ACP Benefit. - Full Time, Part Time, Quarter Time Positions available.
