Job Description

Role:

World Wide Alliance Director


We are looking for an exceptional World Wide Alliance Director to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market Team. This is a remote role based in the United States (HQ - Chicago, IL) that will support our U.S and International Partners and Enterprise Sales team. This role is an incredible opportunity to be the first Alliance Director within Adeptia (reporting to the CRO) to establish and expand the influence of our alliance channel.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop joint Go-to-market joint marketing and sales strategy
  • Host joint marketing and customer webinars
  • Key Metric: Partner recruitment and activation
  • Partner marketing: Work with the Adeptia Marketing team to build a strong partnership brand.
  • Attend and present at Industry partner and alliance events
  • Create co-branded blogs posts / white papers / case studies
  • Key Metric: Partner sourced / influenced $ ARR
  • Partner Selling: Assist our Enterprise sales team by building qualified top of the funnel pipeline and co-sell leveraging new and existing Adeptia partnerships
  • Establish partnership agreements
  • Position our best of breed integration solution via partners to joint customers and prospects
  • Identify and share joint customer and prospect target lists
  • Partner Operations:
  • Provide partner on-boarding execution and enablement
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit new partners (technology and system integrators) by fostering relationships:


Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:

  • 5 years+ of System Partner/Alliance facing, quota-carrying experience in business development or channel sales at early stage start-up
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives for a SAAS partner sales role.
  • Proven experience of building new / existing partner relationships and supporting key stakeholders across internal sales, marketing, customer success teams.


  • Previous Sales Methodology (MEDDPIC) training
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience co-selling SaaS integration solutions with partners
  • Bonus Points:
  • Strong computer skills, including hubspot, salesforce, G-suite and MSFT apps
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong written, verbal & negotiation skills.
