- Collaborate with the internal team to manage costs related to the office.
- Be the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs in your city.
- Administrative duties including general office operations and vendor management.
- Routine supplies and consumable ordering and inventory control.
- Assist with local and remote onboarding/off-boarding of employees in conjunction with the People Operations Team.
- Maintaining office equipment and office furniture.
- Ensuring the proper and efficient functioning of the office:
- Partner with IT on device distribution and inventory for internal employees and external partners as necessary.
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support in organizing company meetings and events such as in-office lunch and Happy Hours.
- Communication with the building porter/manager, external service providers, and couriers on various issues such as fire safety, compliance, cleaning, maintenance tasks, etc.
- Collaborate on projects and process development, as it relates to the Workplace Experience, with other members of internal teams such as IT, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Administrative support for employees, facilitating their daily work:
- 1-3 years of office operations experience.
- Ready for work from the office 4x week.
- Prior experience in scaling startup offices will be highly advantageous.
- Self-starter and motivated to drive projects from scratch.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships.
- Focus on looking for solutions, not adversities.
- Experience in procurement is a plus.
