Workday Application Specialist

Essential Functions:

Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree preferred


6 – 8 years of Talent and/or HR technology-related experience


Minimum 3 years of recent Workday configuration experience with a focus on Talent Management


Excellent understanding of HR processes for technical interpretations


Strong understanding of the Workday business process framework


Workday Security and Reporting experience


Workday Pro certification in any area
