Job Description
We are seeking Appointment Setters to join our team and assist us in scheduling appointments for workplace and post retirement benefit policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently to generate new business opportunities.


Responsibilities


  • Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments for follow up calls.
  • Communicating effectively with potential customers to gather information about their needs.
  • Following up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Calling clients to schedule appointments for consultations.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting goals.


Requirements


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or appointment setting preferred.
