Part-Time Appointment Setter Jobs

DIVERSIFIED HEALTH SERVICES is a local, family-owned insurance agency. With over 25 years in business, we provide services and products to the Senior Medicare market.

We have immediate part-time openings for outbound call center representative. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and build success for the future. Someone whose core values are aligned with the culture of the organization. This is a good fit for someone with excellent attendance, not afraid of outbound calling and has the ability to engage customers over the phone.

• Flexibility to schedule hours between 10a-4p, Monday thru Friday

• Hourly base pay of $16.00/hour, plus additional performance based pay incentives
• Typical work schedule is 25-30 hours per week.

• Receive support and resources provided for your success.
• Cold call prospective customers to schedule appointments for our in house agents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Strong work ethics with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
• Prior Experience in an outbound call center.
• Desire to be a valuable team member and dependable each workday.
• Working knowledge with CRM system.
