Wireless Tower Civil Tech

Wireless Contractors Association, LLC is seeking Civil Tech, Tower Climbers and Crew Foremen for our Florida Operations.

• Experience with Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile is a plus.

• Local in state travel during weekdays, with very little to none, overnight stays
• Willing to train motivated individuals with some experience

Sign on Bonus based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$32 per hour (based on crew role hired for)

Bonus & Base salary opportunities available, totaling: $55,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule:

• 8–10-hour shift

Work Location: South Florida and/or Tampa/Orlando regions

Foreman

3-5 years of experience; you bring significant tower tech experience in supervising teams and mentoring/coaching the team. Passionate about site safety adherence and learning installation specifications.

Tower Hand

2-3 years of experience as tower tech.

Ground, Civil

1-2 years of experience of similar tower tech experience/training.

Have the following and/or willing to attend training for additional certifications-

• First Aid Certification
• CPR Certification
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 for Foreman)
• Climbing, Rigging, Rescue Certification

Preferred Experience

AT&T, Dish, Verizon, T mobile experience (a plus/preferred)

Exposure to electrical and low voltage wiring (helpful)

Exposure to plumbing and/or conduits and fixings (helpful)

Military experience welcome
